I'm Maissa. I started MaiLifts after I spent years trying to solve one problem: how to take care of my health and fitness AND be a high powered female attorney all at the same time.
Three years ago, I was a second year associate at a huge firm that demanded 99% of my time. I relied on fast food and delivery 3 meals a day. I downed coffee like it was water, and I worked out occasionally, when I felt like I could step away from my email for more than 45 seconds.
I was lethargic, run down, and I didn’t like the way I looked or felt. I knew there had to be a way to put my health first while excelling in my career. Turns out I was right!
I learned to push back just enough to carve out an hour a day for myself. I learned to prepare nutritious, easy meals in under an hour a week. I learned to reclaim my health and be an attorney at the same time. Now, I want to help you do the same!
